GRANITE CREEK CONVALESCENT HOME HOLIDAY PARTY and GIFT BAGS.

Individual resident gift lists will be handed out and available at the October 14 Luncheon. Items can be dropped off at the door at the November 18 Luncheon. If you cannot attend the November luncheon, we will pick up your gifts. Instructions will be on the list as distributed. Call one of us listed below to get a list if you can’t attend the luncheon. The party and gift distribution will be held on December 5 from 2-4 if you wish to attend and/or help set up.
