To help speed up our check-in process:

• Prepaying for the luncheon is encouraged - online or by check mailed before the luncheon
• If you choose to pay by cash or check, at checkout click 'INVOICE ME' to confirm your reservation and an invoice will be created. 
• A reservation made is a reservation paid!
• Arrive early and allow time for parking
• To pay at the door, have your payment ready – CASH or CHECK (made payable to RWOP for $37 - already filled out) - No large bills accepted
• When you register a guest, your account will be invoiced, although the guest may choose to pay for themselves by mail or at the door. 
• Every attempt will be made to accommodate seating requests.
